Hi guys! I found this cute blog that does something called, Manic Monday. They post a few questions each Monday and I thought it would be fun to participate. Please feel free to leave your answers in a comment.  :)  Oh…and I will be on my webcam in just a bit! See you soon!

1. How old were you when you learned to tie your shoes? I remember learning how in preschool. So I guess I was about 4ish. I also remember sitting in my grandmas kitchen floor and she would help me.  I couldn’t go outside until I did it right all by myself. Gosh that was a long time ago.

2. Have you ever snooped in somebody else’s medicine cabinet? This question so reminds me of the episode of Seinfeld. Remember that one? Jerry find fungus cream in his girlfriends medicine cabinet. hahah! I dunno if you can really call it snooping, but I have looked inside a cabinet or two trying to find some Tylenol or something. I guess that might be considered snooping. Oopsy…my bad!

3. Who do you think you are? I think I struggle with this question, daily! I have so many layers!!  I do know a few things for sure. I’m a very caring person. I would do anything for the people that I love. I have a huge heart and I’m too trusting. Sometimes that gets me into trouble. Also…I do not judge other people.

How old were you when you learned to tie your shoes?

Must’ve been about four or five years old, around the time I was starting primary school. I had to get a new pair every year during the time I was at school. Because I would either out-grow them, or wear them out playing soccer and all that on the concrete. I’m a size twelve at the moment, don’t know what that would be in America though.

Have you ever snooped in somebody else’s medicine cabinet?

Not really no, I’ve never done that sort of thing. If it was wide open I might’ve had a peek every now and again, but I wouldn’t open it up myself out of curiosity. If I did, it was when I was younger, when I would’ve been too young to remember or know what weird and wonderful things were in the cabinets anyway, lol.

Who do you think you are?

Someone who works a hundred times better when I have a clear goal put in front of me. Someone who cares all of the time, because that’s all I ever want to do. Even to the point of being obsessive sometimes. Someone who wishes he could just live in comfort with the people he loves.

“Who do you think you are?” What a profound and seeking question! The other two questions pale into insignificance compared to this one. Here we are on an internet blog, which is a fantasy world if ever there was one. Who knows? I think I am capable of acting like a 20 year old member of a rock band old while on line, when in reality I am a 60 year old banker and grandfather.

I may think I am the life of the party, when in reality I may bore others. Or maybe there is one person at the party that thinks I’m funny. Maybe I think I am indespensible at work, when actually I am a big problem to my boss.

So how honest am I about who I am? The more we try to be honest with ourselves, the better person we will be. But it isn’t easy. I could go on forever about this one.
